Fulani grilled chicken
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs or drumsticks (preferrable with the skin on them for a crispy Finish or without the skin on the chicken depending on individual preference)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt or Sea salt crystals and pepper to taste
Powdered Chicken Stock Cube (Optional)
